We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Step 1: Please contact us trough our e-mail: info@framez-amsterdam.com

Step 2: Send your order back once received our return instructions.

Return your glasses in their original condition and undamaged.
Make sure to include a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: After receiving the product itself, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.

Please note: If the product is returned damaged or broken, we reserve the right to withhold a partial refund or deny the refund entirely.
